Our renowned Concept 2 rowers are great for total body conditioning and universal steppers will shape you up no time. The volume of the equipment provided relates to their being absolutely no time limits on machines whatsoever. You can workout for as long as you like uninterrupted.
2. Pin Loaded Strength Training: Here you will enjoy a vast array of specially selected machines from Technogym, Cybex, Calgym, Magnum, Maxim etc. a number featuring converging axis natural movement simulation, designed to work the muscle through its full and natural range of motion, maximizing your muscle conditioning. This area also includes specialist ladies machines for the abdominal, thighs, hips and bottom.
3. Free Weights: Includes full range of fixed and variable dumbbells and barbells, smith machines, squat racks, flat, incline and adjustable benches.
4. Abdominal, Stretch and Fitball: All the equipment, space and guidance required to satisfy your essential core conditioning, posture, mobility and flexibility needs.
