Body Step class

Group fitness classes are a great way to get fit and shape up as well as have a whole lot of fun in warm and social environment. Our diverse, beginner friendly group fitness timetable caters for absolutely everybody from the novice to the advanced.

It includes the simple, easy to follow Les Mills classes BodyPump, BodyStep and BodyAttack as well as Boxing, Fitball and freestyle fat burning classes as well as mind/body and core conditioning classes such as Yoga, Pilates and Les Mills BodyBalance.

Everyone is welcome to join in the fun!

BOXING - Focuses on traditional boxing moves and offers a great cardio workout.
FITBALL - A complete body workout to improve strength and core stability.
PILATES - A floor class improves core strength, posture, balance and flexibility.
FAT BURNER - A fantastic aerobic workout that increases fitness and burns fat.
STEP ‘N’ SCULPT - Intensive step workout with strength and sculpting moves.
HEART MOVES - A low to moderate exercise program designed for beginners.
T-T-B - A low impact aerobic class that tones the tummy, thighs and bum.
